We remain open in Penticton and Kamloops for COVID-19 antigen and PCR testing with reduced hours effective September 7, 2022. All previously booked appointment times will be honoured, but new appointments will generally only be available in the afternoon. Telephone hours will also be reduced to 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM PST.
Labour Day Hours - Kamloops will be closed on Monday September 5, 2022 for the statutory holiday. Penticton will be open with limited hours for test collection and no telephone hours.
Weekend Hours - Penticton is the only location open Sundays for bookings. All locations are closed on Saturdays. Closed Sunday September 4, 2022 due to lack of bookings.
Documentation of Recovery letters - we offer a virtual appointment (through Zoom) to generate this letter for those travelling to destinations that require this letter. Please call us or email us if you wish to book this appointment (no longer bookable online due to low demand).
Get a COVID-19 Antigen or PCR test in 4 simple steps!
1. Book your test online
Make an appointment and create your portal account. Please note each person booking online will need their own email address. If you need to make a family booking, have the first person make a booking then message us through the online portal or call us to add additional family members.
2. Pay for your test
Antigen test: $99 including GST
PCR test: $228 including GST
3. Get tested
Locations in Kamloops and Penticton. You will select your location when making your appointment.
4. Receive your results
Antigen results: same day before 6 PM. PCR results: In Kamloops, typically 24-36 hours after your appointment. In Penticton, guaranteed results within 24 hours. Test results are delivered securely through the online portal. If you do not register or are unable to register for the portal, results are delivered by email.
To ensure results delivery by email, add email@example.com to your safe senders list. We will not be responsible for results not received due to your email server blocking our results email to you.

Documentation of Recovery
We offer documentation of recovery letters for travel. This is a virtual appointment in which you present your positive COVID-19 test result (if not obtained from us) and discuss your symptoms with one of our doctors. *Note - home rapid antigen test results are not acceptable to countries that accept documentation of recovery letters. Cost: $89 including GST

Please note that while we can guarantee rapid antigen test results (same day before 6 PM), we are unable to guarantee that your PCR test results availability for PCR tests in Kamloops. . At times there are events outside of our control that may affect the processing times, including laboratory backlogs, courier delays, or confirmatory testing (if your result is inconclusive or positive the first time the test was run).

Need to cancel and reschedule? No problem. If you have paid already your payment will be manually applied to your new booking by our staff. If you are cancelling, don't intend to rebook and require a refund please use the contact us form below to request a refund. Refunds may take 3-10 business days to be processed. Please note all refunds will be subject to a $20 processing fee.
